Lander careers 2018 update so far

It has been a busy start to 2018. Not only were we awarded with the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer 2017 (in the UK) but we also won the National Apprenticeship Awards for SME Newcomer. Thank you to everyone involved at Lander for your support.
The programme goes from strength to strength.

‘Our focus is to ‘Grow our Own’ through a large-scale Apprenticeship Programme which began in 2016. Every 8 weeks we recruit 15 apprentices and we currently have 85 on site. This has meant there will be an equivalent increase in apprentices on site of 400%. This will fully support the business strategy to develop employees, rather than recruiting externally. Our plan is to identify apprentices from these groups for different areas of the business. They will have the opportunity to continue undertaking further qualifications and other opportunities.’
